Our preferred method of product identification is the actual product SKU number. This number usually starts with an “S” and is preceded by 4 numbers.

In lieu of a “SXXXX” number, Lamp codes can be used to help identify a product. Most of the time they can be either found on the base of the bulb or along the edge of the lens. An example of what a typical code for an LED bulb would be:

This request form is for consumers requesting LED and CFL warranty replacements only.

Upon submittal of this form you will receive an email acknowledgement. Please allow 48-72 hours for a customer service representative to review your request and reply.

Your warranty will differ depending upon the specific Satco product that you purchase. See the product’s webpage for the specific length and terms of warranty located on the Satco Warranty page.

Should a warranty replacement be approved, Satco Products, Inc will send you a replacement or at Satco’s option refund the original purchase price. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS SATCO’S SOLE WARRANTY OBLIGATION. INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
